No. The 28 days are a focus period: you can keep logging time and tracking progress beyond the 28 days.
Tap “Edit” in the navbar, then tap "Change Goal Image." Enter a keyword that matches your goal, search, and select the image you want.

Tap "Progress" in the navbar. You can view your streak, daily progress, hours invested in your goal, and percentage completed.
Tap "Goals" in the navbar to see your current and past goals, including the timeframe, image, and status of each.

Yes, we offer a 1-week free trial. You can try the app to see if it meets your needs, and you can cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged.
iOS: Open iOS Settings → Notifications → 1G1M → Allow Notifications.

The data you enter in the app (such as goals and tasks) is stored securely and used only to provide the app’s core functionality. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
