Terms of Service (End-User License Agreement)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 1g1m ("we", "our", or "the Company") regarding your use of the 1g1m mobile application, software, and related services (collectively, the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. License Grant

We hereby grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to install and use the App on devices you own or control in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works of the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent;
• Allow third parties to access the App under your account or license;
• Use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Engage in any activity that we consider a breach of these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in the App and its content are owned by 1g1m or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the App through your use of it. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Lifetime Access

1g1m may offer subscription plans, including "lifetime" access. Lifetime access means access to the purchased features for as long as we continue to offer and support the App. Lifetime subscriptions:

• Do not guarantee indefinite access; access may end if the App or feature is discontinued;
• Include only the core features available at the time of purchase; new features may require additional payment;
• Are non-transferable and may be limited to specific platforms or devices;
• May be revoked if you violate these Terms.

5. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you shall end, and you must cease all use of the App. Certain sections, including disclaimers and liability limitations, survive termination.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices described therein.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1g1m shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your access or use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in your jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
